This album presents the music created by Danish composer Mikkel Hess for the international feature film “Suicide Tourist / Exit Plan” directed by Jonas Alexander Arnby.

The film stars in the main role Nikolaj Coster Waldau who is also known for his role as Jamie Lanister in Game of Thrones.
The album offers a musical journey through the hauntingly beautiful Nordic psycological thriller and the album release follows the international release of the film in summer 2020.

Mikkel Hess collaborated with Norwegian actress, vocalist and songwriter Kaya Wilkins (Okay Kaya) to co-write the song “One Last Time” which is performed in the movie by Kaya’s character. Kaya and Mikkel reciveved the prestigous “Robert Award” from The Danish Film Academy for their collaboration in 2020. (Basically like winning a Danish Oscar Statue).

The album also features a handful of prominent instrumentalist, i.e. Matt Parker, Jeffrey Ziegler and Mikkel’s brother Nikolaj Hess. And other long time Hess Is More band members like David Mason, Rasmus Bille Bahncke, Andrew Raposo and Theodor Clausen all lend a helping hand in the production process.
So, in that sense this is a soundtrack album created in the collaborative spirit of the ongoing project “Hess Is More”.
